| 1334726 | 2013-03-31 09:22:00 | I used to use MSN back in the day. Switched to Gtalk a few years back. Couldn't be happier! :) Works inside my Gmail, inside G+, works on my Cellphone... no super stupid features either built into the official clients. All good :) |

| 1334729 | 2013-04-01 00:05:00 | Gtalk users: are you able to add a mutual contact to an IM conversation with Gtalk? So the three (or however many you add) are all participating in same conversation? If yes, do you need to have a Google+ account for that or will just a gmail address suffice? I understand you can have group video "hangouts" as they call them but from what I can see in google searches that's only if you have a google+ account. Don't need video and don't want a google+ profile thing - I just want to IM chat and if possible have 3-way IM conversations. I use gchat in gmail webmail but have never used gtalk client. |

| 1334731 | 2013-04-01 07:11:00 | Unfortunately not, they're independent services, so you can't just "transfer" your contacts. As for 3-way conversations, can't say I've tried that on anything but Hangouts / G+ Messenger (On your phone). |
