| 1471450 | 2020-08-27 21:17:00 | Hi, I have an issue with my “Samsung Galaxy Tablet S” recently. The Wi-Fi connection always on and off. The steps I have done: 1. Restart Tablet. 2. Switch Router On and Off 3. Factory reset All of above steps don’t fix my connection. Any suggestions? Regards, |

| 1471455 | 2020-08-28 00:01:00 | #3 in your list -- Is that a Tablet Reset or Router reset ?? if you haven't done it on the Tablet could be the connection has some sort of corruption, resetting it may sort it. www.verizon.com or www.samsung.com |
