1471352 2020-08-22 03:47:00 Hi guys.
On my, newish lappy, I have windows 10 home.
I'm using Thunderbird 32 bit and having a smallish problem.
Whenever I log off or restart & then restart Thunderbird I have to reenter all the account passwords.
I used both 32 & 64 bit & same problem.
Any ideas on what I can do to stop this?
:thanks
Ian

I'm not sure what credentials means.
I reinstalled the 64 bit over the top of the 32 bit and same problem.
Everything was there, but no account passwords for Gmail....

Maybe try a clear install for the 64 bit and see if there are any differences.

I downlaoded the latest 32 bit & 64 bit & had them running on seperated hard drives.
Both had same problem.

So I had a look at my backups & founf Thunderbird Setup 78.0`which is 3 bit, did a reboot & started up all good, but wants me to update it.
