| 1470648 | 2020-07-22 23:10:00 | Hi, My Chill Mat, Targus AWE55AU, made rattling sound because lots of dust around its fan. Does anyone know what is the best way to open it? I can't see screw /pins around it. Thank you |

Normally the AU at the end means a country AU = Australia 10432 |

Wainutech: - Pictures are different than yours. - I can’t see any screw or pin around fans. Driftwood: Yes, I have used a compressed air duster but there is still dust around fans. Thanks |

Are you 100% sure its the fan rattling and not something else, perhaps the fan has become loose ? Otherwise, get in there with a toothbrush or small paint brush to remove dust . You'll need to find a way to open the case , it may just have plastic clips that need to be uncliped or forced apart . There may also be hidden screws under stickers or even under rubber feet. Just keep googling to find instructions for the exact model you have |

Like this :) 1st go to advanced ( bottom Right hand corner) 10446 next Click on the picture Icon 10447 The next Window looks slightly different on Different Browsers, but all work the same, make sure you are on the From Computer tab, Select "Choose File" - Navigate to where you have your pictures, double click them to select, Then click Upload File(s) 10448 You'll know if they are going to work as you'll see the place markers in your post before submitting -- like this reply :) 10449 There are size limits, I tried several times to post a desktop screenshot but it was close to 3MB and didn't work, had to reduce it to under 1MB then it went fine. |

| 1470657 | 2020-07-29 03:21:00 | Wainutech: Each time I want to upload file, the answer is failed. My files are in JPEG file extensions. 1101 What I can see from the top and sides of chill mat are dust. When rattling sound happened, I knocked the chill mat couple times and it becomes quite. Thanks for the link Regards, |
