So I wonder, if aliens have been watching us, why have they not made contact? How long do they need to monitor human technology before they talk to us? 1475932	2021-03-28 04:50:00	The thing to remember is what UFO stands for - it's not automatically alien just because we don't know what it is. It's a giant leap from seeing a black dot fly past a helicopter to "alien drones". Occum's razor applies, there are much more likely explanations. I personally believe there is probably a lot of intelligent life in the galaxy, let alone the universe (Not so much here on earth sometimes). However another intelligent lifeform existing close enough to us physically and also existing at the same time as us out of all the billions of years they could have existed and all the space in the universe they might live in and then to have noticed us and have the capability and the desire to come have a look, to me that seems incredibly unlikely.	dugimodo (138)

If they can achieve inter-stellar travel then we have nothing to teach them about science and the morals and ethics, philosophy etc well that's best left as a soft-science up for interpretation. Searching for a raison d'etre - I doubt it, they will have all that worked out as they will have abandoned religion early in their mental development. I believe that the Universe is full of identical Solar systems, some more advanced than others. If this is the case, there will be millions of Planet Earths in different stages of development. As for intergalactic travel, this has been recorded for millions of years in cave drawings, religious scripts etc. It would be very arrogant to believe that the Human being is unique to our planet Earth.
