| 1471409 | 2020-08-26 07:53:00 | I have a Microsoft email address as --------------@outlook.co.nz as well as my Gmail address. I use the Outlook one for another forum but here is the kicker any emails from that forum always end up in my Junk folder despite me always clicking them as Not junk. Now does anyone know how to make sure they go to my inbox? I can do this on Gmail easily but can't find a way to do it on Outlook. |

| 1471410 | 2020-08-26 08:42:00 | Try making a separate folder ( say under the Inbox or on its own) for the forum, then after moving the email to the inbox, right click the mail and make a rule - Always move forum name to folder you just made, it should automatically redirect to that new folder. | wainuitech (129) | ||

If using OUTLOOK THE PROGRAM (may depend on what version) right click on one of the emails : junk, never block sender |
