Just been told by TelstraClear helpdesk that they do NOT have a network status page on their website. :-(

It seems that you have to contact them to find out these matters - that assumes that you believe the information that the helpdesk personnel are authorised to divulge ...... ]:)

Sorry to seem a cynic but past experience has shown me that I should remain so ! ;\

138132 2003-04-23 09:21:00 The value of a network status page is pretty limited most of the time, as if their authentication is down, or their bandwidth is down then you won't be able to see the notice anyway...

Only really good for advertising e-mail faults and the like.
