| 138597 | 2003-04-24 11:04:00 | Hi guys,a mate of mine has a problem where he can dial up and verify with his ISP,but can't download anything, pages e-mail,anything.We deleted and reinstalled TCP/IP,uninstalled Norton Systemworks, checked all settings we could find, but nothing.Any ideas? He's running win 98se,and it was working 2 days ago.The same thing happened late last year, and the only thing we could do in the end was reformat and reinstall.Don't want to do that unless we have to. Tools / Internet Options / Security Click Internet Click Custom level Ensure there are dots in the boxes to allow downloading of pages and data etc J :D |
