| 138701 | 2003-04-25 01:30:00 | I noticed that when i try to save some images that i only get a block of the image, then i right click on another part of the image and I save another part of it, then i look at the html and they have parts of a whole image cut into blocks then tile it up on the web page. Why do they do that? to stop people from saving the image, or would the image load faster? Tim |

| 138702 | 2003-04-25 02:12:00 | Hello TiM©:*) They use a progume called Macromedia Fireworks or Photoshop or something like that to do it. The images are in tables & if a designer wants an image go over both cells they split the image up so it would work over both cells I did a course with AUT called webalive & they coved that, Give me a few mins & I will try & find that bit about splitting up images. |

| 138707 | 2003-04-25 06:55:00 | I recall a recent conversation with a customer: Me - have you got a digital image of your logo? Him - Yes, it's on my existing website - download it from there, only thing it's broken into pieces by the original designer :p |
