| 139339 | 2003-04-27 05:16:00 | Is there any way I can ban a particular PC on my network from accessing the internet without disabling access to the rest of the network. All IP addresses are automatically assigned by my ADSL Router will this be a problem or will I still be able to do the above. All the PC's are running Windows 2000 Pro Thanks |

| 139343 | 2003-04-27 10:39:00 | This depends on the intellect of the user and their privilages, but couldn't you tell the computer that the Gateway is 192.168.255.254 (providing you don't have a computer assigned to that IP Addy), and that it's DNS Servers are 192.168.255.254 and 192.168.255.253?? ?:| Providing you make sure that only 1 account has privilages to edit the network settings on the computer, that should stop internet access quite nicely! ;):D CyberChuck |
