| 139461 | 2003-04-27 23:33:00 | I've been through the AOL pages but to no avail! I have users of my software whose email addresses are @aol.com. If I try to email them my emails leave my ISP and go to a big black hole. Even emails to webmaster@aol.com have to be sent through webmail! My latest attempt at getting support from the webmaster address got this error 550 jaxtml IS NOT ACCEPTING ANY MAIL which is a first! Atleast I got some feedback but who is "jaxtml"? Right now I've got ugly banners on my contact & order pages and that no doubt is turning off people from buying my product. Has anyone else had this problem, can help me overcome this problem? |
