139994	2003-04-29 07:22:00	Hey I have a file in .jpg format and need to resize it to a certain size using cm i can only seem to find programmes that when you go to resize they want to resize it using pixels!! Argh! Can anyone help me out here? Preferably the prgrm would be very small (under 2mb!!) Thanks!!!	Polk (1135)
139995	2003-04-29 07:30:00	Why don't you go <a href="softwarecenter.net and try Irfanview. Cant remember if it is pixles or not, but I find I use it pretty often. I am pretty sure you can use size on this program, and it is only small to download.	supergran (108)
