| 140567 | 2003-05-01 06:40:00 | Liveupdate on Norton Internet Security is not working again... It won't update, saying that "There are no Products to Update", before it even connects to the internet to check for updates. Any ideas? This has happened in the past (with Norton Antivirus 2002). |

Go into the Control Panel and Open the Symantec LiveUpdate thingy (I think that's what it's called), and make sure all the settings are ok... What happens when you have connected to the internet and it checks for updates? CyberChuck |

| 140569 | 2003-05-01 09:00:00 | I had this problem once. Maybe there arent any updates available for you to download, there aren't at the moment anyway I've checked. Or maybe your subscription has expired. I upgraded to 2003. Get the 2003 version if you are still having problems. There are a number of ways you can obtain that :P |
