If you only want to do moving pictures which change at preset intervals (which you define) then you can use the Jasc Animation Shop - it comes with PaintShopPro, so you could download yourself a trial, see if it's what you want and then register it should you like it. Should you wish to go a little more advanced and make interactive menu's, then I would reccomend FlashMX from Macromedia or SWiSH (have a search on google for it) - both are used to make SWF or FLA files which provide interactivity in websites. | 140302 | 2003-04-30 11:07:00 | > if i can make a flash file and save it as a png...will it still be a moving file? Nope.. As far as I know, the only image file that supports moving images is GIF (this is with the exception of Flash) |

| 140307 | 2003-05-01 06:02:00 | Hmm . . Maybe I should've put a disclaimer on that :p Okay, now to recover your pictures back to the Windows/Fax viewer: Open My Computer Click Tools > Options Click the "File Types" Tab Scroll down to BMP then Click Advanced There should be some options listed like "Edit", "Open" and "PrintTo" Click Open and then click Edit Where it says Action it will say open, then where it says application used to perform action change it to "rundll32 . exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw . dll,ImageView_Fullscre en %1" (without the quote marks) Put a tick in Use DDE and that will fix it . Repeat for the other formats like JPEG, JPG, JPE, GIF, etc . Don't worry if the other formats don't have all the options as BMP does, Provided they have OPEN this will restore the images back to the Windows Fax Viewer Sorry about that - I forgot that PSP liked to hijack image files . . . . :8} CyberChuck |
