| 141287 | 2003-05-04 08:16:00 | When I was there I had a good chuckle over the fact that they were playing Dead Or Alive beach Volleyball on a screen that Huge! I went & sat down at one of the seminars titled how to be the next peter jackson, man there is some amazing DVD authoring software out there... this guy was rendering 5 DV streams, with 2 or 3 filters & 2 audio channels... real time on a P4 2.4GHz Box with 512Mb Ram... & the box itself was really Tinny Half the Height of a mini tower? did anyone else see that? I was so in heaven today... sigh, I cant wait till im not a poor student... fgl |

| 141290 | 2003-05-04 09:42:00 | I was there, and the biggest feature of the show was I got MAY issue NZ PC world for $7 a great $1 . 95 saving, but it costs me $10 to get to PC world stand . But there was something very more interesting, at the end I was in the path of a shitting seagull, I wiped as much as I could off with a paper towel, but by the time I got home, all the wool had been eaten away . I have heard of cow **** eating away tar-seal but not seagulls eating away wool . |
