| 141068 | 2003-05-03 14:03:00 | A couple of days ago I scanned a pic no problem - tonight I went to scan a pic and all I get is a blank page. I have already tried the following: I have re loaded the software. The computer is NOT telling me that it can't detect a scanner. There is a pic on the scanner. I am using canoscan software but have tried ulead and it still doesn't work. The computer thinks that an image has been scanned because when I go to close the programme it asks me if I want to save the image. But there is no image on the screen !! |
