| 140926 | 2003-05-03 05:31:00 | I have installed Coreldraw 9 on my PC under Win XP with me as adminstrator. I want my son to have access from his log on (as limited user) I can run the program from my log on without any problems. I've set him up with a shortcut to the program from his log on but when he tries to active the program he gets the following error message "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Corel\CorelDraw\9.00" Value: "ConfigDir" not found in the registry. Can anyone help me around this please. I dont want him to have adminstrative rights. |

Now you will need to be on the shortcut tab. You will see an advanced button - click it. You will now see a tick box labelled run with different credentials. You should now tick the box, select OK, select Apply and then OK. If you just go and check your sons login to verify his ability to use the program. This should work - never needed to try it. |
