Stops the reoffending, which the absurd home detention sentence doesn't. And a couple of years in prison for being this evil is nowhere near bad enough. I'd go 8 years plus. At least by then his victim can a) tell on him and b) run faster and c) will have stronger limbs to kick him in the nuts with. Total sicko scumbag. |

Just whats going on when you break a kiddies legs, more than once & dont go straight to jail. Is home detention even a punishment? , it really wouldnt be bad at all to have a holiday stuck at home for a year |

Life would be free of stressors and challenges (there's no Missus at my place to bugger things up!!) And I could play computer games, eat junk and drink all day. Oh that life could be so sweet. But no. I'm cursed to working forever to pay for these sickos to have a free ride... to put clothes on their back, to put a roof over them, to put food, booze and drugs into their bodies, and to pay for their careless spawn and their 'retirement' ahead of my own. |
