1147 convictions.
At what point should we consider throwing away the key on this swine?

Obviously the judges and lawyers don't think we should, coz his freedom generates a ton of work for them, and keeps them rich.

1310495 2012-11-04 23:15:00 Maybe they should have a points system like they have for motorists. If you go over 100 points you lose your licence.

In the criminals case if you go over a certain number of points you lose your liberty and go straight to jail.

1310498 2012-11-05 00:45:00 You’ve got to wonder don’t you?

I quite often have a beer with one such rogue . I think he could be the most well known identity in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and surrounds and I’m sure he must come from the same stock as Billy T James because he has the same sense of humour .

He hasn’t held a Drivers Licence for years as it was cancelled for life owing to multiple Drink Driving offences but he just laughs and carries on driving anyway . I think the Police that know him just turn a blind eye now as he’s too much trouble to deal with .

Just recently he was stopped by what must have been a new Cop and the conversation went like this .

May I see your License Sir?

No .

Why not?

Because you fellas took it off me and I hope you’re looking after it .

On another occasion the Judge made the mistake of asking him if he had anything to say .

Yes came the reply, if it wasn’t for us Maoris you wouldn’t have a job .

Yeah, he’s one of those lovable rogues as long as you remember not to leave your car keys, change, or Mobile sitting on your table unattended . There are also a few other precautions one must take whilst in his company, but at the end of the day it’s hard not to laugh at him . :D
