No no, include me with Pre.

So that's 2 of us that got it right.

I really don't think that Mormon would have cut the mustard though Cicero.

1310965 2012-11-07 08:53:00 I'm surprised Prefect had time to post. He should have been out immolating anybody left-handed or looking vaguely foreign, or jaywalking, or failing to have statues of Muldoon, Genghis Khan, Attila and the Ford Fairy on their front lawn.
This is necessary to rid us of the blight of the ungodly hordes whooping it up among us.
Cicero is holding back somewhat as Prefect is a Westie, and West of Auckland at that. Since West is left, and Auckland is not even faintly lit by the Holy Fires of Christchurch, that leaves a bit of a conundrum.

I agree, just that Obama certainly didn't cut the mustard.

One notes K9 is in a permanent state of conundrumincity.

1310967 2012-11-07 19:45:00 Good on him!:clap

:banana I certainly celebrated his win :D

I will say two nice things about Romney though:
1. He was a good loser - his concession speech was admirable.
2. He is not an embarrassment like G W Bush, i.e. at least he can speak and *appear* as reasonably intelligent.
However I don't like him, don't trust him, and he was/would have been controlled by the neo conservative Tea Party nutters.

Many Americans don't care about the rest of the world but here is an international perspective on Obama vs Romney (BBC poll):

4460
I find it interesting that the nutters in Pakistan prefer the nutter presidential candidate :waughh: but I guess
the Pakis don't like the fact that Obama was responsible for killing Osama who was near a Paki military base!
[edit] I see that Pakistan is not on the graph although it was there yesterday.

1310968 2012-11-07 22:20:00 Sad day for the USA.

Yeah should have been 509 - 0. Election was far too close. It's sad that so many people voted for Romney.

Says a lot that people voted for him though. He is, after all, Colin Craig...

 no surprises here . . .

Polls EVERYWHERE including the "Who's going to win?" forum state the obvious . . . I might just leave this (see below) here . . .

Electoral vote - BO 303* - MR 206*
States carried - BO 25 + DC - MR 24
Popular vote BO 60,343,205 - MR 57,556,021

Nuff said . . . . No matter which way you look at it - better man won on the day!
