This would appear to benefit Maori, rather than discriminate against whites. There is a difference. And Metla, racism is generally power + prejudice; that meaning, only the dominant race is racist - their discriminatory behaviour has a major and negative impact on the minority/subordinate group. In reverse, it's discrimination, but not racism, since the power imbalance means that the major and negative impact is felt as an individual rather than a societal level. don't think I don't notice that by using the word "nutjob", you namecall anyone who might call you out on racism. Fortunately, I'm comfortable that I'm not a nutjob. And I'm closing this thread down. |
