| 141664 | 2003-05-05 23:06:00 | When I go onto the internet I get a search toolbar that loads under the name Lop.com ,and when I go to view /toolbars I find another toolbar listed as rgruidrshst and even when i untick it the next time I reboot my machine there it is again. I have tried spybot and adaware to remove these but to no avail. I have also tried jv16 power tools from last months disk to check the registry without success. Can anyone help as to how I can delete these two pests from appearing. | norrol (2154) | ||

| 141668 | 2003-05-07 06:07:00 | I am surprised that the uninstaller has not worked. Try running it again, then run Spybot straight afterwards. If that fails go to the FAQ section (link top right of this page) and try the suggestions in the Homepage Hijack thread. Let us know how you get on. |
