141533 2003-05-05 07:10:00 i'm using Flash MX (30 day trial)
and i need to "Pause" for 2 or 3 seconds in 15 different Frames
i cant find any ware online with this action (not one that works at least)

i just want it to STOP wait 3 seconds and PLAY

any ideas??
i'm desperate

Try this,


1. action layer, frame 1

counter=0;

2. label layer, frame 2

"count"

3 . action layer, frame 3

counter = counter+1
if (counter < x) {
gotoAndPlay ("count");
} else {
play ();
}

There are a couple of other ways to do it, Ill have a look when I get home tonight.
Haven't played with flash for ages & my memory is going
