141821 2003-05-06 09:22:00 I can play audio CDs with windows CD player, so I assume audio system is OK. If I attempt to play WAV or MP3 files with Windows Media Player I receive the message 'no audio hardware is available or is not responding'. Media player is version 6 and not wanting to install later version as not willing to accept licensing terms, so installed Winamp from PC World Cd. But it just sits there looking at me smugly and doing exactly nothing in spite of all the buttons etc. I have clicked on. Am I missing something really simple?
