Have been subject to a few "dictionary" spams, that is, joea@hotmail.com, joeb@hotmail.com, joec@hotmail.com etc etc. If those are real addresses, then I pity those poor sods who're gonna get spam. |

| 141893 | 2003-05-07 07:40:00 | If you guys are wanting a throwaway account that you can use for signing up for things...try lycos mail. I loaded up one I've had for 3years and hadn't used it since then and found that there was not one piece of spam in it whatsoever. No filters on either. This way it will receive all email necessary to complete activations etc and won't get blocked by filters. On the other hand, when I signed up for a throwaway account for hotmail 2 weeks ago, it has already received over 1000 spam mails. Hotmail sells the spammers your address..duh! |

| 141894 | 2003-05-07 08:47:00 | i have had my hotmail account for 3-3.5 years and i have had NO SPAM i love it i have 2 accounts with hotmail and one of them i use as a "i don't care if this account gets spam or not accounts" and a real one when i am promped for an e-mail when i want to download something or register to a forum i put in my spam one :-) la la la no spam ha ha ha :p |
