| 141823 | 2003-05-06 09:23:00 | Hi ^^ You see, a few years ago I brought this game called 'Commandos 2', I managed to make a back of it (thank god that I did) with Nero 5 . 5 . 6 . 4 . Just a few days ago, my baby sister some how managed to get a deep scratch into the back up cds . . . . Now, my back up cds are stuff up and I wanna make another back up 'Commandos 2' . . . . This time I used the same programme (nero 5 . 5 . 6 . 4), with the same Os(Win98Se) and the same cd writer (ASUS 32X12X40) . . . but this time, none of the back up worked . . . . There are 3 cds to 'Commandos 2' and none of those cds that I backed up worked . I've defrag and scan disk the computer 2 days before I tried backing up Commandos 2 . Now every time when I go into Nero and try to copy some things to a black cd . Nero keep thinking that I want to use 'CD Copy' mode, even if I select 'CD ROM (ISO)' Nero won't allow me to select my writing speed nor does it let me to select 'New Session', 'Multi Session' or 'No multi Session' . I even try uninstalling and installing Nero . . . but every time I tried doing that, nothing happens . I do mean NOTHING HAPPENS . So any ideas? The computer: Win98Se, AMD K6-500 mhz (old huh but I have a faster one), ASUS 32X12X40 and 50X cd rom drive . Programme that I used was Nero 5 . 5 . 6 . 4 . I also tried Blindwrite . . . but that did not work either . Thanks alot for your time :) |

And yes, I had installed Commandos 2 from the back up cds before, everything worked perfectly. My original cds are still in perfect shape. Any suggestions? Thanks :) |
