142331 2003-05-08 04:49:00 In my new computer using Widows XP Microsoft Money was installed as part of a software package. I find this programme a pain and tried to uninstall it. It does not appear in the programme list in control panel to add/remove programmes and when I try to delete the folder it tells me that I cannot access some files. I tried going into the file properties to alter the properties but this does not work either. Any help appreciated.

142332 2003-05-08 04:53:00 I think it may be part of MS Office or MS Works!

Try selecting one of those in Add/Remove programs, and you can choose to remove individual components from there :-)

142333 2003-05-08 04:53:00 Is it part of a Works bundle install? It might be possible to add/remove it from within Works?

142335 2003-05-08 06:49:00 Running Win XP Home Edition, just gone to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programmes, it lists MS Money . It may take a few seconds to prepare your list of programmes installed. FrankS (257)
142336 2003-05-08 06:54:00 Hey Frank
You got a PS2? I was thinking of throwing you a prize.
But you don't have your email address in your F1 setup.
A little untrusting, perhaps?
LMK if you want a copy of Kingdom Hearts or would prefer the t-shirt.

142337 2003-05-08 08:40:00 Suggest go Google, enter UnClean and download PC Magazine Utility UnClean 2.0
Hope this meets Robo's idea of a useful reply
