| 142239 | 2003-05-07 23:27:00 | How do I delete an user account in Win XP? From the User Accounts in Control Panel, I can only see create a new account, change account types, etc. but there isn't any option for me to delete an account. Is this feature hidden somewhere else? |

This is so that you never loose having an 'Administrators' account, even if you delete the origional Administrator, and just have 'Joe Bloggs' as the Admin. You can also Right-Click on My Computer and select Manage. Click on Local Users/Groups, and then Users.. play around in there too, as you can make people Power Users etc. rather than just 'Users' or the Guest :-) Cheers Chilling_Silence |
