Using it for this purpose is not what it is intended for and i suspect will reproduce indentical problems, or not resolve the problem. The software I mentioned to rebuild the data and or contents page is what would normally be used from the information stated thus far. Norton ghost is a great program, imoo. However probably unsuitable i would assume for this task as its aimed for a different purpose. Data recovery software is probably what is needed. Good idea though :-) part of knowledge is to put ideas out there and see what works. But hey if you want to try ghost feel free. Wouldnt be my wager though :-) |
