| 142778 | 2003-05-10 01:08:00 | Without enough details you will be unlikely to get quality help, so feel free to post details of your hardware and how things are connected, if its a problem installing for the first time, if its been OK etc. I think this is a USB scanner capable of being powered by the USB port under some circumstances. If the port is unable to supply the high power demand you may need to power the scanner. Has it ever worked? Is it on a USB port or a hub? |
