| 142755 | 2003-05-09 21:41:00 | I imported my address book from Outlook Express into Outlook 6. It did not import the folders only one long list of addresses. The help file says to open the address book, click on the new button, then new folder. There is no new folder option. Only new contact or new group. If I add new group, then when sending emails to a person in that group it sends it out to all the people in the group. As I belong to a number of oransizations I need to have folders for each group and contact the individuals individually at times in that group. I used to be able to do it in Outlook Express. Any ideas please. Had the same trouble with importing the address book into incredimail. | keohane@slingshot.co.nz (3723) | ||

Groups can be created in one and accessible in the other . Group members can be added, viewed, edited and deleted in either . Take all recommended precautions before proceeding |
