I have Winzip Installed on my computer, however when I try to restore MYOB zip files from another computer, they have adopted the winzip icon from my zip files. I have tried changing the icon involved but this is not sucessful. I can use Winzip to change the file, but I would rather use MYOB Restore. Thanks for any help |

Try right clicking on one of these files, and use "Open With". Also click "Always open this type with" |

That's OK. I have the same thing with NZA gold. Can't you just go into MYOB and do a restore from there? That's how I do it in NZA Gold.
It shouldn't matter that the backup zip is associated with Winzip. |

i wouldn't do as graham has suggested (sorry Graham L:) ) as, as all zip files will be opened with that program which will be a headache. just use myob to open the restore files. as far as icon goes you can set it to what ever you like but i suggest one of the main zip icons would be best. |
