| 143290 | 2003-05-11 23:02:00 | I have a HP Deskjet 930C. My OS is Win 98 Recently, I have had problems with the applications (Word + Excel) losing their links to the printer. It works OK the first few times you want to print then it acts like the printer is no longer there. Exiting the application and restarting it sees the printer working again. Any ideas??? |

| 143291 | 2003-05-11 23:36:00 | I have the same problem as yours.My printer would print the first time but the second time i hit the print button the printer icon goes to the bottum right hand corner of the taskbar and then suddenly disappears when i hold ctrl alt and delete i have to manually choose hpnz007 the program name and choose end task.Then the next time I try printing it would be fine.im not sure why it happens ^o^ | yingxuan (3330) | ||
| 143292 | 2003-05-12 06:09:00 | Is it just Word and Excel that gives the problems? The printer drivers may have become corrupted somehow. You could try uninstalling the printer then reinstalling. |
