| 143528 | 2003-05-12 11:41:00 | Strange little problem here. XP Professional with Office XP. When I try to insert Jpeg, Bitmap, Tif files into a word document, it seems to try to convert them a text or word format. i.e those annoying little characters that look nothing like a photo/picture. This only happens in word. I can insert the same pics into excel or publisher with no problems. Any one know? ( I know quite alot about some things and absolutely nothing about others - maybe another 10 years in this game and I will know everything. Wouldn't that be lovely !) |

Apparently the only way to fix it is to change the associations for each type of graphics file thru explorer. I can tell by the amount of interest in this post that your all dying to know if it works.....but you'll have to wait till I get back to work tomorrow. Sort of feel like I'm talking to myself at the moment. |
