| 143446 | 2003-05-12 06:18:00 | I use Windows XP. When I shut down I am only given the option of shut the computer down or cancel . I cannot access the standby icon - how do I enable standby ? |

| 143447 | 2003-05-12 07:57:00 | Have you enabled Advanced Power Management? Get into the Power Options in the Control Panel, enable that, and it should appear :-) Dont forget you can add Hibernation while youre at it :-) |
