| 144111 | 2003-05-14 11:21:00 | I read somewhere in PC World that the last security update for Windows (I'm on 98SE) caused Outlook to freeze . I have a P4 2 . 4GHz comp that is taking 4 mins to load OE and is horribly slow to do anything in the program . It didn't do that when I first got it, is the security update the cause?
