| 144037 | 2003-05-14 09:23:00 | Whenever I try to save a picture on the net by right clicking the image and clicking 'save picture as...', it only saves it as a bitmap file with the default name 'untitled'. I'm sure it used to save as .jpg and .gif files etc. Is there any way to correct or change this? | jeffreyyan (719) | ||

The file name may also appear as "Untitled . " CAUSE There are several reasons why this issue may occur . This issue may occur if your Temporary Internet pages cache is full . This issue can occur if you have "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" selected in Tools, Options, Advanced Tab and are loading the page over a secure connection (https) . I would guess that you need to empty your Temp Internet files . In IE, Tools | Internet Options | Delete Temporary Files |
