144200 2003-05-14 21:06:00 I thought I would be daring & upgrade from ie5 to ie6 but now I frequently get this prompt asking to send a report & to restart 1e6.
It's damd annoying.
What am I doing wrong?

144201 2003-05-14 21:14:00 You have not really provided enough information I believe for us to help you.

What exactly is the error message you are getting, and when do you get it. Do you get the error in the same place all the time...etc, etc, etc....

You are not doing any thing wrong :)

It is IE having a hissy fit ;) In other words, it crashes better, e.g. it will not lock up your computer most of the time :).

Tip: there is a check box saying restart IE 6 or something like that, un tick it & some times it does not close all your browser windows.

If I get this message (with IE 5.5 SP 2, which gives me the same error message), I will do a screen shot to show every one what it is :)

Hope this helps

PS: Do you have all the Windows Updates for IE 6.0??? Including SP 1 for IE 6.0
