| 144886 | 2003-05-16 21:40:00 | Having followed Jims instructions to the letter,I now find that 1.Dial up box doesn't come up when opening O/E and 2.Mail doesn't appear unless I click on send and recieve. "I can no other answer make, but, thanks, and thanks" |

Under Internet Connection Settings, click change and make sure there is a dot in 'always dial my default connection. 2. go to tools, options, general tab. Under send/receive messages, make sure 'send and receive messages at startup' and 'check for new messages every' are ticked, and specify a time to check. Hope this helps |

| 144888 | 2003-05-17 05:43:00 | Wotz,thanks for that,problem is, those things were ticked and dotted as per as they should be. On top of that when I go in to dial up via start,previously the said box would pop up,now it seems to have gone to parts unknown! |
