| 145332 | 2003-05-18 02:47:00 | Hi All Not sure what has happened here. Yesterday I installed and ran Spybot Search and Destroy from the April PC World CD. Now I cannot access Tools\Internet Options from the Browser - but can get at it via Start\Control Panel\Internet Options! I get the error message "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator". I'm running XP Home Edition. I tried recovering all the quarantined spyware (seemed to restore successfully) but no luck. The only other change I have made to my computer was to install the trial version of Sandra Standard 2003 (diagnostic tool) from the same CD, but made no system changes. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance |

| 145336 | 2003-05-18 03:53:00 | Thanks Jim B What I've done is gone back to yesterdays configuration using the XP system restore function. Now Spybot and Sandra Std have gone and all is well. I'd be interested to hear if others have experienced similar problems or if NZ PC World have any feedback? Thanks again |
