| 144975 | 2003-05-17 03:31:00 | My new computer is running W98SE and when I first tried to install my TViewer card it wouldn't start; saying a DLL file couldn't be found. After some further tries and remembering to disable Norton it started to operate. Yesterday I bought my first webcamera and it also will not start saying AVIFIL32DLL cannot be found, and the Tviewer program will not start again saying AVICAP32DLL cannot be found.I have just downloaded latest DirectX and the problem stays.Where are these DLL files??? By coincidence, as of new, the computer was starting up and showing a program called "InCD" that I uninstalled before these problems so wonder if that has anything to do with it. I don't know where the InCD program came from or what it ever did. Please help. Thanks, Richard. |
