| 1338168 | 2013-04-23 02:27:00 | Couple of issues with Outlook 2010 Rules Some mobile users are set up with couple of rules, to copy incoming email from an IMAP InBox to a local InBox and to copy the Sent Items in the local Sent Items box to the IMAP Sent Item box. The rules work very well, with couple of exceptions ... 1. The rules sometime drop off (un-ticked) on its own, usually after the user have been away from the office. 2. The copied email in the IMAP Sent Items show the Sender's name instead of the recipient's name. Any experts out there know of any solutions to these? |
