This is a Win 7 /64 bit if it makes a difference my lappy is win 7/ 64 uses IE 10 also but has flash player Ver 11.6.602.180 which is working fine, tried to download and install that version on the HP lappie but wouldn't let me keep coming up with There's a latter version.
