A fuller eclipse will be visible in Northland, with the best view - 89 . 4 percent - at Cape Reinga . Mainly fine weather is predicted for northern regions tomorrow morning, however showers were expected to develop in western parts of the island between Waikato and Manawatu . High cloud was expected in the east of the North Island, MetService forecaster Philippa Murdoch said .
