1312035 2012-11-11 21:40:00 I am having a weird issue here that I am unable to access a great deal of websites for some reason.

Among them Malaysian Airways, Thai Airlines... This has been happening since yesterday.
Everything works fine on XT 3G.

Can someone on Telecom please confirm the follwoing:
www.malaysiaairlines.com
http://www.thaiairways.com/
http://www.bing.com/

Thank you.

1312038 2012-11-11 21:54:00 Weird.

Restarting modem didn't help.
Tried with Telecom DNS and Google DNS.

Multiple machines even...

1312041 2012-11-12 00:26:00 I had exactly the same problem as you, Cato .

When I did manage to get into various sites I often use, everything seemed so slow and heavy going . It was almost like I was back in dial-up days .

I tried various browsers, rebooting, clearing cookies, checked for viruses, I even defragged .

Now, touch wood, it seems fine again .

1312043 2012-11-12 01:25:00 i have a fairly similar issue, but now one of the laptops wont connect even though it can see the router SSID, just complains the router needs to be rebooted GameJunkie (72)
1312044 2012-11-12 01:39:00 Try changing the DNS server ips under the LAN/wireless connection. The windowsupdate prob in the other forum, maybe related. I think Telecom are having probs somewhere. Even tho (on their site) it doesnt say anything about it

Since, (QW and SK69 in the other forum), had the same prob. With the same thing (both of them had the same windowsupdate error). And I think both of them, are with Telecom. And changing the DNS server ips to Google's DNS server ip addresses fixed it

Also seemed strange that a site I copied and pasted from here (while using teamviewer) worked on this computer, but didn't work on Sk69's computer. All it said was connection was reset (twice)
