| 1313320 | 2012-11-26 03:16:00 | :groan: with a tinge of :( (Caution - Spoilers) Not 100% happy with the movie . . . Enjoyable but they need to get back to the "Bond, James Bond" feel about the movie . Awesome re-apearance by the original Astin Martin and the (re)introduction of the one and only Money Penny . Finally read the Cyberhacking link earlier posted . . . bit of a chuckle . . . Still looking forward to 007's next 2 movies! :2cents: R . I . P M!!! |

| 1313321 | 2012-12-02 09:42:00 | Saw this tonight - excellent movie. Plus, if you're an Android user you're in good company: so is 007 (www.webpronews.com) In fact I think I saw M using a Sony Xperia U, too! |

| 1313322 | 2012-12-02 10:46:00 | The one that never really saw or got anything out of the 007 creation was it's creator - Ian Fleming. Wrote the scripts based I think on his real work for a UK intelligence (spy?) agency. Credit for yearly 007's seems focused towards the actors, directors and perhaps the new script writers, whom are continuing basically a franchise. No Fleming no Bond maybe. | kahawai chaser (3545) | ||

| 1313326 | 2012-12-02 21:45:00 | Saw it on Friday and loved it. For me the first 15 minutes was worth the price of the ticket: The action (especially the motorcycles), exotic locations, and even the graphics of the intro/credits. It is one film that I will probably go see again on the big screen. But Holy Cr*p, what is with the harsh User Reviews on IMDB? :waughh: Its weird - all those negative User Reviews on the fist two pages where I looked, but it still gets a high rating of 8.1/10. It is the biggest split of reviews I have seen on IMDB, i.e. between those that like the film and those that hated it. Nevertheless, IMDB states that Skyfall is "The most successful ever James Bond movie at the international box-office in the official franchise's film history." I don't go to a Bond flick for a great story or philosophical deep meaning. The action was superb as was the cinematography, scenic locations, acting, music, cast and editing. It was over 2 hours but never seemed to drag. And there were a few laughs, for sure. |
