1311760 2012-11-11 00:32:00 Hi all,

I will be helping a friend of mine to look for a place to stay (probably will go into a flatting situation) in Tauranga next week. Any particular area to avoid?

Cheers :)

1311761 2012-11-11 01:19:00 Most of Merivale and some of Judea, but it really becomes obvious by just looking at the area.

As with most Towns and Cities there are streets you don't want to back onto, let alone live in.

1311767 2012-11-11 05:00:00 Depends where they will be working,Tauranga CBD or Mt/Papamoa

Rent will reflect the desirability of the area and the travel time

Judea,Merivale ,would give a miss and some parts of Welcome Bay /Maungatapu

1311769 2012-11-11 08:13:00 The Hospital runs, or at least used to run, what could best be described as their own little internal letting agency via the Staff Notice board. ;) B.M. (505)
