| 145641 | 2003-05-19 06:22:00 | I use outlook express as the manager for one of my email accounts . One of my associates sends me a lot of emails, many with attachments . However I seem to have a problem opening them . My system is a brand new Dell 4550 P4 2 . 4 GHz running XP Home Edition . I have the latest outlook express version . The gist of my issue is that when an email is received with an attachment the paper clip shows up, but the attachment and save text is faded out and unclickable . Any ideas people? |

| 145642 | 2003-05-19 06:31:00 | Open Outlook Express > Tools > Options > Security > Remove the tick from the line "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could be a virus" > Click Apply > Ok. Give that a try. |
