| 145470 | 2003-05-18 06:11:00 | Howdy Dudes Does anyone know of or use any free software that keeps the favicon icons from disappearing when internet history is deleted? I have tried favorg but I cant get it to work. Thanks tedheath |

| 145471 | 2003-05-18 19:45:00 | Hey You could save the icons to your hard-drive (under FavIcons in the My Documents folder maybe?) and then on your links in Favorites and so forth, right click on them and select Properties. Under the WebDocument tab, click Change Icon and then navigate to where you saved the icon. CyberChuck |

| 145473 | 2003-05-19 10:15:00 | Hi tedheath What Cyberchuck was meaning, was that you need to remove the favicons from the Temporary Internet Files folder and save them in their own folder. Under My Documents make a new folder. You can do this by going File > New > Folder. Name the folder Favicons (or whatever). Then follow the instructions given here (www.djdenham.com) for saving Favicons. Let us know if you need more help. Jen |
