B's Recorder Gold, I get the error message :ASPI manager not installed" explanation - Connect SCSI board and ensure neccessary drivers are installed. I've checked all connections and jumper setting and they are all OK. The packet writing software writes to CD-RW ok and I can read from both CD drives. Everything was working fine for a time but not now. h e l p |

| 145996 | 2003-05-22 22:46:00 | ASPI layer is available from Adaptec. It is usually a well needed driver for CD-ROM's in these situations, certainly speeds things up too! I assume Microsoft don't supply it as it is Adaptec's blood they would have to take & Adaptec is pretty damned powerful in the hardware market! www.adaptec.com CSI%20Software |
